This drawing shows the working principle of the vacuum belt filter of Toncin. The slurry is evenly distributed on the forward rotating filter cloth by the feeding device. Under the action of vacuum suction, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and enters the vacuum box through the drainage groove of the filter belt, and then enters the Moisture Trap for collection through the filtrate main pipe.

Since the fine particles in the slurry will pass through the filter cloth and enter the filtrate before the filter cake is formed, this part of the filtrate will be returned for use together with the washing liquid, and the clearer filtrate after forming the filter cake will return to the tank, and the filter cake will pass through After the second washing, the filter cake is drained and discharged. After unloading, the filter cloth is regenerated through the filter cloth cleaning device, and the belt speed can be continuously adjusted within a certain range. The entire feeding filtration, washing, drying, unloading and filter cloth regeneration are completed continuously and automatically, and remote automatic control and operation can be realized.
